1.	Tell me about yourself.	My name is Marisa Dewi Safitri. I’m 24 years old. I’m graduated from University of Indonesia, Industry of Psychology Faculty, and I’m enclosing my resume for your perusal.
2.	What do you know about this company?	KFC Restaurants is one of popular fast food restaurants in the world. As I know and my experience working at this company in my country, Indonesia, peoples never bored about anything there. I see a bit customer who ever complain at this company and all I feel I’m so glad work there since three years ago as Shift Manager and I hope I can continuing my achievement career as Assistant Restaurant Manager here.
3.	Why do you want this job?	As I said before, that I have an achievement as Shift Manager in Jakarta KFC Restaurants. So my manager suggest me to grab this chance before the other. I also have many cool ideas for the future of this company.
4.	What can you do for this company?	I’m so good to do my best as Shift Manager before. I also have some certificates about my achievement career. So I’m sure that I can do better as Assistant Manager Restaurant.
5.	Why should we hire you?	I know the ins and outs of KFC Restaurants for three years. I got some certificates about my achievement career. Insyaallah, I have no doubt.
6.	What is your greatest weakness?	I’m moody person. Sometimes, I can do my job so well. Sometimes, I do my job just like I flipped a sheet of paper on the book.
7.	What motivates you?	Customers satisfaction.
8.	What are your goal for the next two years?	I want to make KFC restaurants became unbeatable fast food in the world.

Share blood, share life!

Seventeenth birthday, banyak banget kali ya yang pengen punya big party saat itu. 46 hari lalu adalah saat dimana aku menginginkan pesta seperti lainnya. Tapi nggak muluk-muluk juga sih, aku cuma mau bikin KTP dan donor darah pada hari itu juga. Sayang banget nggak memungkinkan. Dua-duanya tidak terpenuhi saat itu juga.

Tapi, hari ini adalah obat dari segala keresahanku selama ini #ciehh. Donor darahnya terkabulkaaan :D Betapa senengnyaaa, bisa sedekah darah :D Deg-deg-an pasti, apalagi pas kepanggil. Sakitnya nggak terlalu, tapi takutnya itu kali yang bikin sakitnya kerasa. Nggak seperti pendonor lainnya yang 3-4 menit bisa selesai. Nah, aku setengah jam. Kenapa coba? Pembuluh darah yang kecil membuat darah itu nggak bisa keluar banyak. Harusnya dilubangi 2 kali biar cepet, cuma akunya aja yang takut :pv Emang endingya aja yang ngga enak, tangan kiri susah digerakin. Eh, besokya pas aku buka perbannya, gosong :o Pas aku tanya ke temen-temen yang ikut donor, tangan mereka nggak kenapa-kenapa :'o Hauhh. Ininih prosesnya dari awal ;)

Cek golongan darah dulu, alatnya kayak pen tapi isinya jarum :o

Ini hasilnya :D FYI, kayaknya golongan darah bisa berubah atau bukan dari keturunan. Ibu sama bapak punya golongan darah yang sama, O. Nah aku…

Antre buat beberapa waktu, ada sekitar 7 orang di depanku yang semakin lama semakin dikit :'o fuhh

Akhirnya giliranku. Karena aku nggak berani liat pas jarum nusuk, aku video pake hape aja :p

Ini klimaksnya, pas sakit-sakitnya, pas mau dilepas. Karena darahnya belum genap sekantong, jarum gede dan panjang itu masuk penuh. Bener-bener sakit sampe nggak berani ngambil foto atau videonya.

Tapi ketangkep ekspresi iniii…

KEEGOISAN udah merajalela semenjak manusia mengenal PERSAINGAN. Ya, persaingan itu perlu, bahkan sangat perlu. Tapi lihat, ingat, dan perhatikan! Setiap manusia pasti punya? KEKURANGAN dan KELEBIHAN! Untuk menuju kesempurnaan, meski pasti berujung pada ketidaksempurnaan, manusia harus hidup saling melengkapi. Maka akan lahir PERSAINGAN SEHAT… Beautiful is it, right?

Aku, bukan gadis penuh talenta yang bisa melakukan segala hal dengan keseimbangan sempurna antara otak, hati, dan organ-organ tubuh lainnya. Aku bisa terpeleset bahkan terjatuh. Aku bisa mengkhayal sekalipun itu bener-bener nggak masuk akal. Aku bisa menyakiti perasaan orang lain bahkan sampai membuatnya menangis ataupun bunuh diri. Aku bisa melakukan hal-hal bodoh lainnya. Kenapa? Alasannya cuma satu, karena aku MANUSIA BIASA… SBY pun pasti pernah mengalami. Siapapun!

Aku bisa menyakiti perasaan orang lain bahkan sampai membuatnya menangis ataupun bunuh diri. Ternyata justru perasaanku yang tersakiti saat ini. Ini bukan tentang cinta ataupun persahabatan, cuma pertemanan biasa yang ternyata menusuk setelah dibelai. Adilkah? Singa saja menggeleng, so do I... Bagaimana dengan anda, wahai penusuk dan pencabik perasaan saya?

Allah SWT Maha Kaya. Dia akan memberikan apa yang dibutuhkan hamba-Nya yang bertakwa. Semoga saya termasuk dalam golongan orang yang bertakwa, begitupun anda :)
