1.	Tell me about yourself.	My name is Marisa Dewi Safitri. I’m 24 years old. I’m graduated from University of Indonesia, Industry of Psychology Faculty, and I’m enclosing my resume for your perusal.
2.	What do you know about this company?	KFC Restaurants is one of popular fast food restaurants in the world. As I know and my experience working at this company in my country, Indonesia, peoples never bored about anything there. I see a bit customer who ever complain at this company and all I feel I’m so glad work there since three years ago as Shift Manager and I hope I can continuing my achievement career as Assistant Restaurant Manager here.
3.	Why do you want this job?	As I said before, that I have an achievement as Shift Manager in Jakarta KFC Restaurants. So my manager suggest me to grab this chance before the other. I also have many cool ideas for the future of this company.
4.	What can you do for this company?	I’m so good to do my best as Shift Manager before. I also have some certificates about my achievement career. So I’m sure that I can do better as Assistant Manager Restaurant.
5.	Why should we hire you?	I know the ins and outs of KFC Restaurants for three years. I got some certificates about my achievement career. Insyaallah, I have no doubt.
6.	What is your greatest weakness?	I’m moody person. Sometimes, I can do my job so well. Sometimes, I do my job just like I flipped a sheet of paper on the book.
7.	What motivates you?	Customers satisfaction.
8.	What are your goal for the next two years?	I want to make KFC restaurants became unbeatable fast food in the world.
